Shipping & Return Information

Almost all shipments originate from Los Angeles, CA. Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 Skin Skulpt business days (Tuesday-Friday). 

Please note:

  • Skin Skulpt is not liable for lost or undelivered items once they have been shipped.
  • For any issues regarding lost or undelivered items, please contact the selected shipping method provider directly.

Delivery Outside of US

When receiving your order from the U.S., your country may charge duties, taxes, or customs fees. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are based on the value of the goods and your country's import regulations. As the recipient, you are responsible for paying any duties, taxes, or additional fees applied to your shipment upon delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot calculate these fees in advance, as they vary depending on the destination country.

Returns

We gladly accept returns on most* products within 14 days of delivery date, offering store credit for the returned item(s). To initiate a return or if you have any questions, please reach out to us at info@skinskulpt.

Please note the following conditions:

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging.
  • We do not refund original shipping fees.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage.

Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will issue a store credit code, which you can use towards your next purchase.

*Skin Skulpt Plasma Skin Perfector and other devices are final sale and are not eligible for store credit.
