While our Skin Skulpt products are crafted with natural and organic ingredients, making them suitable for a wide range of skin types and conditions, we always recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before using any skincare products during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Shipping and Returns

My product came damaged/leaking.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes. Please checkout with your selected address for international shipping rates.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, as long as your order has not yet shipped out. If you have not received a shipping notification nor can see updated tracking information in your customer dashboard, then please contact our concierge team at info@skinskulpt.com  to request a cancellation. We will do everything we can to honor your request and refund you in full if your order has not yet been handed over to our shipping carrier.

I tried my product and don’t like it – can I return?

We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with purchases from Skin Skulpt. We currently offer returns for most products in the form of store credit. Please email info@skinskulpt.com to begin your return.

Skin Skulpt Devices are non-refundable. Store credit does not include the price of original shipping or return postage.


What are your hours of operation?

Our business hours vary, but currently we are open Tuesday through Friday by appointment. If you have a specific request, please contact us at (310) 770-9177 and we will do our best to book the appointment to fit your needs.

What is your cancellation policy?

Due to our busy schedule, we require a 24 hour notice on ALL appointments. Therefore, without proper notice of 24 hours, there will be a charge of 50% of your service for missed appointments or same day cancellations. Because of this policy we require to have a credit card on file for all clients.

What is the best way to book an appointment?

What skincare products do you recommend?

Skincare products are important in maintaining your skin, especially after a service with us. We highly recommend using products which are both highly effective in providing real results. If you have booked a treatment with us, your esthetician will be happy to help you with product recommendations. For other questions regarding products please email us at info@skinskulpt.com.

How do I know what service to book if I am a new client?

As a new client, we highly recommend a consultation before moving forward with any service. Our consultations are all virtual and last 30 minutes. The $200 consultation fee will be applied to the in person service you select.

What is cold plasma?

Cold plasma, often referred to as non-thermal plasma, is a state of matter where gases are ionized to produce plasma at temperatures that are comfortable to touch. This technology has increasingly been used in dermatology and cosmetic skin treatments due to its unique properties. When used on the skin, non-invasive resurfacing begins! How often should I use the device?

The device should be used every 48 hours for 15 minutes total. 5 minutes per side of face and 5 minutes on the neck.

We recommend using the device at night to allow your nightly skincare products to penetrate deeply.

Should I clean the device?

Yes. Clean the device after each use to avoid discoloration and the spread of bacteria. Use an alcohol wipe or spray a towelette with alcohol and wipe the face of the device. Do not use soap and water or submerge the device.

Do I use a gel or conductor with the device?

No. Please ensure your skin is clean and completley dry before use. Gels, cremes, and liquids on skin can effect the efficacy of the device.

What products should I use after my device treatment?

We highly recommend using the Skin Skulpt Omni Elixir Serum, Luminescence Peel, and Savior Essential Moisturizer after your treatment. Please follow the directions for each individual product.

What is the smell coming from my device?

The smell coming from your device is from the ionized gas emitted from the plasma's electric discharge, leading to ozone. Ozone has a distinct, sharp smell.

Why does my face stings when I use the device?

Please ensure your face as well as the device is completely dry. Any traces of water or alcohol on the device will cause the skin to sting.

How soon can I expect results?

We are excited to share that some clients are seeing results within 6-12 weeks of use! However, results may vary based on skin type and condition. As well as usage of the device. We highly recommend using the device in conjunction with our Skin Skulpt product system for maximum results.

My device isn't working. What should I do?

Please ensure your device is fully charged. If you feel that the device is not functioning properly please email our concierge at info@skinskulpt.com

Is there a warranty or return policy for the device?

Yes. Your device has a 1 year manufacturer warranty. We do not offer returns on our Skin Skulpt Plasma Skin Perfector. If you feel that your device is not working properly, we will gladly exchange your device. Please email info@skinskulpt.com to begin your exchange. 


What types of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as cash. Gratuity is not included in services but we recommend 15-20% of the service price.
